What Makes THE SPEED CODE Different from other training programs?
What's Included in the Membership:
Customized Progressive Programming - Your training will be customized based on your sport and the type of athlete you are. The program will also increase in difficulty as you go. There will be some exercise modifications, as well as changes in tempos/sets/reps/ and overall volume week by week and month by month.
In-app Delivery of Workouts and Exercise Tutorial Videos - Using a special coaching app, you’ll be delivered your workout for the day. This will help keep you accountable and on track to succeed in becoming a top-tiered athlete. Each workout delivered in the app will have videos explaining each exercise and how to properly do them.
Exclusive Access to Articles and Bonus Content - You’ll see that THE SPEED CODE is a type of training like you’ve never done before...and with that, comes exclusive knowledge that most coaches and athletes don’t even know. As a member of THE SPEED CODE, you get this new specialized knowledge that others don’t even know.
Individual Speed and Strength Review Coaching (Gold and Elite members only) - Through the coaching app, you’ll be able to film yourself doing the exercise and send it in to me for review. This means you can be assured you’re doing everything properly and getting the most benefit from your workouts.
In-app Mentorship (Gold and Elite members only) - Through the app is a messaging service that is directly connected to me and the other coaches. This means you have exclusive access to ask any questions about the program or even outside the program.
Elite Experience (Elite members only) - Individual coaching and Progressive programming + 4 live 30 min 1on1 live video calls (2 speed + 2 strength/flexibility). You also will get a diet assessment, as well as a flexibility assessment:
- Diet Assessment - Your eating habits, portions, and timing will be reviewed. You will be required to submit a 3 day food log through the MyFitnessPal app. This will be the basis for the review where we will be fine tuning your diet to your goals.
- Flexibility Assessment - You will be required to send a video of the last 15 seconds or less of every stretch you do the first week of training, which will be the basis for the flexibility review. I will highlight weak links that are limiting performance, as well as focus on the solutions moving forward. It’s nice to know where to put more focus and effort to make big time changes and much quicker.
- Live Calls - You will have 4 - 30 minute 1on1 video calls with coaches (2 x 30 minutes with Adam Bighill and 2 x 30 minutes with World Class Speed Coach Glenn Bruce). Calls will be broken down into one call a week. The focus can be troubleshooting any issues you have had, watching you workout live, or can be a review of the week of training.
