I help any athlete, at any stage of their career, get faster, stronger, and more flexible. Giving them the best opportunity to take their athletic careers to the next level and prevent them from getting injured.
I suffered ‘unfavorable’ circumstances when I was younger. I wasn’t big enough, fast enough, and I came from a small high school that college scouts almost never looked at.
But despite my difficulties, I started a training program that allowed me to become an athlete the college scouts couldn’t pass up. I continued it in college and was even able to turn the heads of CFL and NFL scouts.
Over the past few years, I’ve mastered my new style of training and have put it together so I can share with athletes all over the world. I was able to achieve my dreams of becoming a professional athlete, now I want to give back to the next generation of young athletes.
I’ve even had the opportunity to play linebacker in the NFL despite being only 5’10.
In my junior year of high school, I only ran a 4.72 in front of college scouts. By the end of my senior year, I ran a 4.50. And it’s all because of this training program.
My only regret is not starting this style of training sooner.
Also, over the years, I’ve made lots of mistakes and have witnessed other athletes destroy their chances at becoming professionals by making other mistakes. So I want to make sure you don’t suffer the same fate...
