Q: WHAT TRAINING IS INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM?

There are 44 workouts a month. 11 workouts a week.
3x customized speed/plyo sessions,
3x strength sessions,
3x targeted stretching routines to unlock your athleticism
2x tempo running sessions 

Q: HOW IS THE SPEED CODE DIFFERENT?

I coach speed through 3 different disciplines that all work TOGETHER. Ignoring JUST ONE of these disciplines limits your overall ability to get faster. The 3 Disciplines are:
On-Field Speed Training
Strength through Length Training in the gym
Targeted Stretching in key areas that limit speed 

Q: DO EXERCISES CHANGE EVERY WEEK?

Yes. In every membership (Silver, Gold, Elite) your speed and strength programs with be progressing weekly. Some new exercises will be introduced, as well as your on-field speed work will change in volume, drills, intensity, and focus. This is how we can progressively overload your body to keep you adapting and increasing speed. 

Q: CAN FEMALES DO THE PROGRAM?

ABSOLUTELY! Any athlete who needs speed, vertical, explosiveness, flexibility, or athleticism will benefit from the program. 

Q: WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE SILVER AND GOLD PROGRAMS?

The SILVER program does not provide individual coaching, it provides group coaching. I will be posting group learning examples for everyone to follow. I highly recommend you start with the GOLD program so I can ensure your technique and movement is perfect. With any program, if you are not moving properly, you could be doing more harm than good for your training. 

The Silver membership still will give you progressive programming every week, changing exercises, reps, sets, and 

The GOLD program provides individual coaching/video review of your lifts and speed. I recommend this program for everyone so I can ensure you are going to get the results you want. The quality at which you do the exercises and running determines the quality of your results. 

Q: HOW MUCH DOES THE PROGRAM COST?

Silver Membership = $49.95 USD a month 

Gold Membership = $74.95 USD a  month 

Elite Membership = $249.95 USD a month 

Q: WHAT PROGRAM SHOULD I START WITH?

If you are serious about speed, I recommend that everyone starts with the Gold program for the reason that you will be receiving individual coaching on your exercises and speed work. I can ensure you are going to get the results you want by helping guide your form to perfection. The quality at which you perform the exercises and running determines the quality of your results. Quality = Speed 

Q: CAN I SWITCH BETWEEN THE SILVER/GOLD PROGRAMS?

YES! You have the ability to switch between tiers at the beginning of your next month of training.

Q: WHAT IS THE ELITE PROGRAM?

The elite program is great for those who want 1on1 attention and in depth analysis. We look at all of the aspects of the athletes performance and specifically do a personal review.

Most athletes who do the Elite Membership will do it for 1-2 months and then go down to the Gold Membership. There is no limit on how long you can be on the Elite Membership. 

Q: HOW CAN I KNOW IF I'M DOING THE EXERCISES CORRECTLY?

If you are in the Gold/Elite Memberships, the top set of every exercise you do, you will film and send in on the app for review. You will be coached on technique to ensure you get the results you want, safely! 

The Silver Membership does not include one on one coaching. It includes group coaching where I provide learning examples in the group chat for everyone to follow. 

Q: CAN I CANCEL THE PROGRAM, ARE THERE ANY CONTRACTS?

You can cancel at any time, and there are NO long term contacts. Contact support@adambighill.com to notify you would like to cancel your subscription. 

Q: WHAT DOES A CUSTOM SPEED PROGRAM INCLUDE?

The on-field running/plyometric sessions will be customized based upon your sport and even down to the specific position. A football player and a track athlete will not have the same program. For that matter, a D-lineman and a Wide Receiver will not have the same program. 

No matter what sport you play, IF YOU NEED SPEED, we will have a custom program for what you need! 

Q: WHAT DOES STRENGTH THROUGH LENGTH TRAINING MEAN?

Strength through length training refers to training strength of a movement through the entire range of motion. This creates the strongest and most explosive muscles that translate to the field, while also being the most bulletproof. 

Q: WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY BULLETPROOFING YOUR BODY?

By progressing through the program and hitting specific strength and length targets, these are indications on overall health and ability of your muscles. That's why I set standards from your feet to your shoulders so we can make sure no key muscle groups are being left out. 

BULLETPROOFING refers to the muscles ability to handle your sport without ever having to worry about strains, tweaks, or pulls. We see so many non-contact soft tissue injuries in sports and it's mostly all do to athletes not being adequately prepared. This program alone could save you hundreds or even thousands of dollars in medical treatments. 

Q: HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO DO THE SPEED CODE PROGRAM?

Ages 12 and under I recommend you do the kids SPEED CODE program 

Ages 13 and up you would be on the normal program. 

Q: WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE KIDS PROGRAM AND THE REGULAR PROGRAM?

The kids version of THE SPEED CODE program will be all doable from home  and field with minimal equipment, also it is recommended to be done with bodyweight only, or up to 20% of your BW in extra load. 

The kids program will still include the running, stretching, and strength workouts. They will also include many of the same exercises as the regular program. 

Q: CAN I DO THIS PROGRAM ON TOP OF A TEAM PROGRAM I ALREADY HAVE?

YES! THE SPEED CODE can be added on top of what you are doing. You will have world class coaching and programming in 3 distinct areas: speed, strength, and stretching. 

Q: CAN I DO THE PROGRAM IN-SEASON?

Great question! I have created an in-season version of the program, so that when the season starts for you, simply request the in-season version and we can keep your gains going . You will be building up speed, strength and flexibility while your competition is breaking down. 

Q: DOES FLEXIBILITY INCREASE SPEED

Yes. Increasing flexibility can absolutely improve your speed, but it is important to note that it's not the only key to speed. Combining flexibility with strength training, as well as on-field sprinting is what THE SPEED CODE is all about and how I build elite speed in athletes. 

Q: DOES FLEXIBILITY TRAINING MAKE YOU SLOWER OR LESS EXPLOSIVE

NO! This is a common myth right now that’s out there, but it's according to no actual truth. I myself dropped my 40 from a 4.72-4.50 by adding stretching to my strength program. Flexibility was a huge part of me increasing my speed, and it still is! I am a professional athlete in my 10th year pro and have only gotten faster, more explosive, more athletic, and healthier by stretching. That alone should tell you something, and that is why I created THE SPEED CODE program, to deliver a program that GETS RESULTS. 

Q: DOES FLEXIBILITY MAKE YOU A BETTER ATHLETE?

Yes, it has the potential to make you a much better athlete. If you have more options to move, in any direction, at any point in time, then you have the potential to create more athletic displays. Athletic movement also comes down to movement efficiency, that makes an athlete look smooth and in-sync, however, more options to move is always a good thing. 

Q: DOES FLEXIBILITY REDUCE INJURIES?

No not by itself. Flexibility that is supported by strength throughout that entire range of motion has the capability to reduce injuries. Step up from that, the more strength you have through that full length of flexibility, the more you reduce the chances of injury. I have created standards for length and strength that move your body and muscles towards being completely BULLETPROOF from non-contact soft tissue injuries. 

Q: DOES THE SPEED CODE HAVE MORE OPTIONS FOR UPPER BODY TRAINING?

YES! If you need more upper body strength and mass development, request the Upper-Body Booster in the app to have it added on top of the program.
