I was one of those guys with a great work ethic in the weight room. I had great numbers for my max on squats, deadlifts, and bench press. (Because I thought big numbers would help me in football. Who wouldn’t think that!?)
But on the field, I lacked speed.
And playing safety and running back at only 5’10, speed is an absolute must to get any attention from a college scout, as I’m sure you know.
And on top of that, I was at a tiny school with only 88 kids in the graduating class…

The ATG Adam Bighill Program
So here it is, the Adam Bighill Program with ATG.
ATG is a team of trainers who have been teaching a similar philosophy over the last few years. They currently have thousands subscribed to their program and are improving the speed, jumping ability, and injury prevention for young athletes (and anyone really) all over the world.
I’ve recently joined them to add a more football-focused program.
This program consists of all the exercises that’ll translate to more speed and explosiveness on the field.
And most importantly, this program will help prevent common injuries that occur in football. Ben, one of the head trainers at ATG suffered years with a knee injury. Even had to get surgery. This is what actually got him to start this program. Now Ben can dunk and is more athletic than he ever was in his early twenties.
